TVOTW
- PAGE INDEX
In this
special media release - TVOTW deals with the most recent apprehension
of Saddam Hussein.
It would
be remiss of TVOTW not to make reference to the immediate first off
response by Joseph Lieberman - "the sooner he is tried and executed
the better". This further reaffirms the remarks made by TVOTW in
the interview with Meria Heller on 9 Dec 2003. "...
If you want to look into the the Zionist factor - then you need to look
no further than Lieberman ..."

The fascist
Zionism that predominates in the redneck - provocative - inflammatory
rhetoric that seeks to remove and silence all opposition by state sanctioned
killings is all pervasive. Whether it's in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan
or for that matter - the United States - noone
is safe from this evil.
Visitors
to TVOTW web site should waste no time in informing themselves of "The
Hague Invasion". In a most dangerous and provocative attempt
by Bush - the "American Servicemembers Protection Act of 2002"
gives sanction to and authorizes the use
of military force to liberate any American or citizen of a U.S.-allied
country being held by the court from countries such as
the Netherlands where the International Criminal Court is convened.
The "International Criminal Court" - set up by the United
Nations - and this Act in defiance - is
the measure of respect and regard Bush and the U.S. - does not have
- for the authority and jurisdiction of the U.N.
Bottom
line - Bush and the neocons can apply - by
the use of force - pseudo trials in kangaroo courts by
military tribunals metering out the death penalty in cases where the
verdict of - "guilty" - is predetermined. But if Bush or any
of his henchmen are brought before the ICC - the U.S. can use military
force to remove those that may face the most horrendous of charges against
humanity and breaches of international law from the jurisdiction of
the ICC perpetrated in circumstances illegally
classified by Bush as a war against terrorism which he and his administration
deliberately conspired and engineered - prior to the events of 11 September
2001.
In the
case of Saddam Hussein - the world needs to have regard to the following
facts:-
- Bush and the United
States do not have jurisdiction to put on trial Saddam for alleged
crimes against the people of Iraq in an American court any more
than they had any legal right to invade Iraq in the first place.
- Saddam cannot be
put on trial for alleged crimes against the people of Iraq by the
Iraqi Governing Council because the IGC has no constitutional authority
to do so and any such trial would not only be illegal but compromised
by a conflict of interest brought about by the actions of a political
faction acting in it's capacity as a puppet to Bush and the U.S.
occupational forces to liquidate a political rival in a mock trial
with a predetermined verdict of - "guilty".
- Saddam Hussein can
only face charges for crimes against the Iraqi people after the
formation of a democratically elected government of the people of
Iraq pursuant to a Constitution which is duly approved and adopted
by a referendum of the people of Iraq.
- Any legal proceeding
against Saddam Hussein where Bush is involved - would be analogous
with Hitler (in the event he emerged victorious against the Soviets
in the Battle for Stalingrad on 2 Feb 1943) and as architect of
the holocaust - proceeding to put Stalin on trial for crimes committed
against the people of the former USSR in the communist purges of
the 1930's.
- Any legal proceeding
against Saddam Hussein where Bush is involved is not - government
by the rule of law - but government
by the rule of force. That is because everything
Bush has done is illegal and the apprehension of a head of state
of an independent foreign country doesn't
legitimize or make right - any of his wrongdoing
- in an illegal - criminal undertaking.
Bush's transgressions against the Iraqi people are manifestly worse
than anything Saddam has done by virtue of his actions being illegal
and motivated by personal financial gain to himself - to the future
detriment of - and at the human, political and economic cost to
the people of Iraq.
- Saddam Hussein needs
to be released in to the custody of an independent body to ensure
his safety and welfare pending any future determinations by the
Iraqi people in accordance with due process under a legitimate Constitution
with a democratically elected Iraqi government.
Bush needs
to be reminded that the manner Saddam Hussein is dealt with and the
justice he receives - will be one and the
same as the justice he receives - upon facing the charges
that he will be required to face when brought against him by the people
of the United States. Bush will - Reap What
He Sows - in addition to being judged according
to the following age old fundamental principle - "By
Your Word You will Be Justified - By Your Word You Will Be Condemned."
