A TVOTW SPECIAL REPORT

In response to the Lord Hutton enquiry into the death of Dr David Kelly C.M.G.

QUALIFICATION

[TVOTW and ICOPO respect for the protocols associated with due process dictated that any attempt to openly (or publicly) pre-empt the findings of Hutton were both improper and counter productive to the implementation and administration of the rule of law. Notwithstanding that TVOTW has always been in possession of the true facts relevant to these matters and has clearly stated so since October 2001 and furthermore that the appointment of Hutton by Prime Minister Tony Blair (hereinafter referred to as "Blair") was entirely improper and defective in law due to a conflict of interest by Blair in the matter - it has been necessary to allow the above enquiry to run it's course prior to any comment or forecasts of what TVOTW always knew would be a total whitewash and travesty of justice. The release of the report has confirmed the worst fears of TVOTW and as the fallout continues and the death toll mounts - TVOTW will leave no stone unturned in seeing these matters reach their rightful conclusion. Every one of the victims will have their day in the International Criminal Court and the offenders will face a level of justice unprecedented in legal history.]

CORE ELEMENTS

[Initiated by an approach from Dr David Kelly (a scientist and WMD inspector with the Ministry of Defence) to a BBC reporter (Andrew Gilligan) in relation to Kelly's concerns that a security dossier produced on or about 24 September 2002 by John Scarlett, Chairman of the Joint Intelligence Committee under the direction and personal involvement of Communications and Strategy Director Alistair Campbell, Blair and his cabinet including Foreign Secretary Jack Straw and Secretary of State for Defense Geoff Hoon - contained claims and allegations of Iraq's WMD capability entirely inconsistent and in conflict with reality and fact - were false and misleading - and where the said participants conspired, planned and fabricated alleged intelligence in its entirety for the sole purpose of mounting a case for the purpose of justifying and giving credence and support to a proposed military action against Iraq when they well knew at all times that such a case did not exist.]

OVERRIDING PRINCIPLES

[Upon receiving the approach referred to above from Dr David Kelly (hereinafter referred to as "Kelly") to the BBC reporter - Andrew Gilligan (hereinafter referred to as "Gilligan") and having regard for the information as provided by Kelly to Gilligan and the BBC - the BBC was duty bound to take the matters on board and to ensure that any person or body who had acted - or continued to act - contrary to the law and to the welfare and security of the people of the United Kingdom - were held accountable for those actions. To do otherwise and to remain silent would have constituted the illegal act of both condoning and facilitating the conduct and the commission of serious crimes against the state, the people of the United Kingdom and humanity in Iraq and elsewhere.

That high ranking officials of the BBC such as Gavin Davies and Greg Dyke having done their duty and acted properly and with integrity at all times - as well as Gilligan in refusing at all times to name his source - should now feel the need to resign or capitulate to blatant political "gun at the head tactics" - is both outrageous and unnecessary as much as it is unprecedented in the history of the BBC and the level of trust the people of the United Kingdom - and the world - accord to the BBC and it's well earned integrity and respect.]

Bush Snr - Reagan - U.S. - Illegal Shipments Of Arms Using Israel - Through Australia - To Iran

Iran Contra. Prior to the election of Reagan as President - Bush Snr - Reagan - facilitate illegal shipments of arms to Iran and contemporaneously conspire with Tehran to continue holding the hostages at the U.S. embassy in order to undermine President Carter's re-election campaign. Reagan was inaugurated at 12:00 noon 20 Jan 1981 - hostages released at 12:20pm - same day.

Bush Snr - Reagan - Supply WMD's To Saddam

At times after 20 Jan 1981 Ronald Reagan and George Bush Snr supply Saddam with conventional, biological and chemical weapons. The weapons were supplied with the full knowledge that Saddam could well use them for the purpose for which they were designed and manufactured.

Bush Snr and James Baker give Saddam the "green light" on Kuwait.

In or about 25 July 1990 a meeting took place between the U.S. Ambassador to Iraq (April Glaspie) and Saddam Hussein (hereinafter referred to as "Saddam". At that meeting - Ambassador Glaspie indicated that the U.S. had no objections to the suggestion by Saddam that he may be forced to take back Kuwait - traditionally part of Iraq's Basra province. Ambassador Glaspie gave Saddam the green light to go ahead stating that:- "We have no opinion on your Arab-Arab conflicts, such as your dispute with Kuwait. Secretary (of State James) Baker has directed me to emphasize the instruction, first given to Iraq in the 1960's that the Kuwait issue is not associated with America." On August 2, 1990 Saddam's massed troops invaded and occupied Kuwait.

 

A CHRONOLOGY OF EVENTS - PART 4
The story of the dissappearing 265,000 Iraqi soldiers and the 1,500 tanks -
goes hand in hand with the Bush Snr - Colin Powell - fabricated "incubator babies" story.

By September 1990 U.S. officials including Norman Schwarzkopf, then Army General Colin Powell and President Bush Snr had decided to intervene militarily and eject Saddam from Kuwait. To provide a pretext (such as the intelligence dossier the subject of the Hutton enquiry) for U.S. and British intervention - the Bush Snr administration fabricated intelligence allegedly showing 265,000 Iraqi troops and 1,500 tanks massing on the border with Saudi Arabia in preparation to invade that country as well. Subsequent investigations by a newspaper reporter Jean Heller from the St Petersburg Times, Florida making the use of commercially available Soviet satellite photographs of the area confirmed no such presence of Iraqi troops or tanks on the border with Saudi Arabia.

In addition - and to further mislead the people of the United States and the U.K. a public relations firm on a $2m contract from the Kuwaiti government had been surreptitiously employed to make the case for war. Hill & Knowlton's coup de grace was their fabricated "incubator babies" story. A story of how Iraqi soldiers had thrown premature babies out of incubators in the Al Adnan hospital in Kuwait city and "left them on the cold floor to die".

Hill & Knowlton's work involved coaching six witnesses to give the fake details of the attack on the premature baby unit. The story was graphically told to Congress in November 1990 - before a crucial vote - by Niyirah al Sabah who, unknown to her audience, was the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador to the US.

Bush Snr supports and covers for the U.S. trained terrorist - Noriega in Panama. Noriega covers for Bush on Iran Contra.

General Manuel Noriega from Panama is trained as a terrorist at the School of the Americas at Fort Benning, Georgia.

1995 - Bush - Blair get the full story on Iraq WMD's from Iraqi Gen Hussein Kamel

In or about 1995 Saddam Hussein's son-in-law - Gen Hussein Kamel defected to Jordan. As to Iraq WMD's - there were none and Bush and Blair always knew it. If you need further confirmation - this evidence of General Hussein Kamel's demise - the price he paid - for defecting and testifying in 1995 to the total destruction and elimination of Iraq's WMD's will suffice. They - (Bush and Blair that is) - well knew that every claim they made in relation to intelligence was false and in this address - Bush lamely* opines* his claim to take full responsibility for his statements, declarations and actions.

In his 2003 State of the Union address - Bush cites vast quantities of WMD's and uranium from Niger for Iraq from documents that he well knew were forged. No attempt has been made to find out who forged them. Also - this interview with freelance journalist Heather Wokusch on KNRC radio on 20 December 2002 on Iraq - serves as a reminder that Bush and Blair were refusing at all times to supply the evidence. "We have the evidence - that's it!" - they said. Heather Wokusch also confirmed - weapons that Iraq once had - were supplied mainly by the U.S. anyway.

Note the date of this report - 29 Jan 2003. Nearly 2 months before the criminal, illegal invasion of Iraq on 29 Mch 2003. Bush and Blair commandeer the December 2002 U.N. report on weapons of mass destruction and delete any references to the supply by the U.S. and the U.K. of conventional, biological and chemical weapons to Saddam.

If any of us should need reminding - the current loss of life by members of the United States armed forces since 20 March 2003 is deliberate, reckless and wilful on the part of Bush who well knows - that Iraq was not - either in recent times - or at any other time in the past - a direct - or indirect threat - to the continental United States or its people.

Notwithstanding that Saddam Hussein ruled Iraq with an iron hand - those people in his former administration can confirm that Saddam never possessed or harbored ambitions of aggression against the continental United States when he well knew that to do so would result in his and his country's nuclear annihilation. People should - with an open mind - digest the following four rare and hard to find articles dating from 10 August 2001 from the hand of Saddam Hussein himself - to try and obtain an insight into the mentality and logic of this man. This audio transcript of a very rare interview by Dan Rather's CBS 60 Mins on 24 Feb 2003 with Saddam Hussein is most informative and most revealing. [Part 1 - Part 2 - Part 3] In particular - a statement made by Saddam in this interview makes it absolutely and unequivocally clear. Saddam and Iraq at no time - had planned - or was planning - an attack against the United States or its allies.

Quote - ... "If the Iraqi army or any other army were to cross the Atlantic and occupy America is it going to be received by the American people with music? I am categorically certain that no Iraqi will welcome any American when he is an occupier - but all the Iraqi's will welcome any American who comes as a friend. ... You know that in both cases we did not cross the Atlantic to commit aggression against the United States neither by land or sea or air. The officials in America are the ones who are talking about the intention of attacking Iraq. Isn't it the responsible thing - the moral thing and the most basic thing to do to warn the aggressor that if they attack us we will not surrender. If we asked the question to any honest American - including you Mr Rather - let us suppose that during any time in the future if another power comes to America - do you do nothing? I will answer - I will tell the Americans that if such a thing happens to you - one day - do not surrender!! Stand and defend your country - and your dignity. ... In what sense does Iraq threaten America? The Iraqi people are not the enemies of the American people."

In evidence to the Commons Select Committee on Foreign Affairs on or about 17 July 2003 - Gilligan categorically refused to name his source and vowed that he would never do so. Mr Gilligan also said he had asked for the transcript to be published to put the record straight, claiming that Mr Anderson had "deliberately misinterpreted" his evidence. He said: "I have not changed my story. I told the committee several times over that I stand by my reporting of every one of the source's allegations."
