Much controversy has raged since the release of the video tape by the US Government and alleged by it to have been made showing Osama Bin Laden and his associates at a gathering on or about 9th November 2001 in Kandahar in southern Afghanistan. In the event it is established at some future time that Bin Laden had fled Afghanistan prior to that date - the findings herein are further reinforced.

We do hope you are sitting down because the findings herein have the gravest of implications for those people who are responsible for the tape's creation.

However, it would be remiss of TVOTW not to point out that nothing contained in these findings in any way seeks to mitigate* or excuse the heinous* acts committed on 11 September 2001.

The following facts and evidence provide us with the ability to say with the utmost degree of certainty and beyond all doubt that the conclusions contained herein are justified.

First and foremost if we can examine the tape from a technical viewpoint:-

The recorded result as to its picture and sound quality is entirely inconsistent with the specifications of video camera/camcorders manufactured in the last 10 years. There are some considerations or concessions that could be made as to video quality due to the amount of available light in the room. This will manifest itself as an overall darker image for the entire frame but generally the clarity of the images should remain. A single CCD camera will have more difficulty in this area than a 3 CCD camera. The clarity of the images in this tape has been degraded significantly to the point where it is impossible to identify Bin Laden as compared to a lookalike;

The technology for the recorded audio is well established within modern video camcorders and the signal to noise ratio is such that even in problematic environments - the recorded result as far as normal speech is concerned is capable of degradation by a significant order of magnitude and still be intelligible and easily understood. The factors which are likely to cause such a degradation are definitely not present within the the context of the room as shown in the video track and as such the audio track in particular which is present in this tape is entirely inconsistent with even the lower end of available camcorders;

There is no mention of the recording format. This will pinpoint the likely specifications of the machine that was used to make the recording and even in the absence of that machine - we are able to determine with a considerable degree of certainty the level of quality that will be produced by that particular format and machine and whether or not that quality is consistent with the content under scrutiny;

Where is the machine that made the recording?;

Why should the tape have been separated from the recording machine?

Turning to the second viewpoint as to the circumstances of the tape's creation and how it came to be in the possession of the US. Let's compare one report from Reuters and the other from ABCNews.com.

In the Reuters report - the US officials are quoted as saying - "they believe" the tape was acquired from a house in Jalalabad in eastern Afghanistan.

"They believe?";

Either it was - or it wasn't!!;

"They believe" are the words which immediately send out the telltale warning signals - they are making it up!!

In the ABC News report - the White House is quoted as saying - "they believe" the tape was shot November 9 in the southern city of Kandahar.

Once again - the White House "believes";

Kandahar is at least 350 miles (565km) from Jalalabad;

Which is it?? Jalalabad or Kandahar where they are supposed to have picked the tape up?? Even if it was picked up in Jalalabad - there is absolutely no way of knowing where it was recorded. The tape is not going to be labelled - "recorded in Kandahar". This is further evidence of the inconsistency in everything the Bush Administration has claimed about this tape.

The following is also taken from the Reuters report:-

"They (US officials) would not give details of how the videotape was obtained by the United States."

To do that could leave the administration open to scrutiny that they obviously cannot withstand.

The tape is far too comprehensive, descriptive and histrionic containing an inordinate* quantity of incriminating evidence which is inconsistent with the behaviour of someone who would ensure that nothing from his own lips particularly in the presence of a recording device could be used in any way against him.

The following claim by the administration in the ABC News report is also revealing:-

"Although, administration sources said the tape may have never been released had news of its existence not been leaked to the Washington Post last weekend, forcing the hand of the White House."

What they really mean is - "we had to get it out there so we deliberately leaked it".

The following assertion by the White House is also illogical:-

"It is unclear why bin Laden's comments were videotaped. One theory is that bin Laden's associates wanted a record of an important day in his quest to create an Islamic world. Another theory holds that the tape could have been intended as a model for future actions."

The tape purports to show and prove that Bin Laden deliberately misled his most trusted protégé's by withholding the nature of the mission from them until they were about to board the aircraft. That too is illogical - because no commander in the field is going to risk the mission by giving his key men a reason to backdown or pull out at the crucial moment. This - they would obviously do if they thought they had been used, misled or deceived. A man will go to the ends of the earth for a cause - but will go nowhere - if he believes he has been deceived. It is the most basic psychological fact. For these reasons, Bin Laden would never seek to use the alleged tape as a model for future actions and to the contrary would never permit a recording of such a discussion to be made for the same reasons.

We now turn to the most incriminating part of all as far as the legitimacy of the tape is concerned. It allegedly took from the 9th November until the 14th December for the Bush administration to tell the world about the tape. Lets accept for one moment that they found the tape as they claim. The video on the tape is supposed to speak for itself. A preliminary translation of the arabic audio should take say 2 hours. Even if it took 24 hours - there was still plenty of time to get it on the next 6:00pm news bulletins.

If it was genuine and this was Bin Ladin and the "loaded gun" so to speak - the Bush administration could have easily removed all doubt by releasing it immediately - there and then.

Now - we have the clincher*. The following three images are from the alleged Bin Laden tape. They are taken from the Washington Post web site at http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/mmedia/nation/121301-10v.htm. The fine lines that you can see are from an LCD computer monitor because photographs had to be taken of the monitor due to difficulty in capturing them from the "Real" player preview.

In each of the three images - if you can observe the second finger on the right hand of the man on the right alleged to be Bin Laden. We can clearly see that this man is wearing a ring on that finger. In each image - a small red dot has been placed just to the right of the ring.

This will be referred to in the history books as "The 'Ring' Of Truth".

The following is a screen dump from the Bin Laden speech of 7th October 2001 as broadcast by Aljazeera television. It is still available on their web site. It is the third video clip in the far left hand column on that page. Have a look at the second finger on Bin Laden's right hand. NO RING!

This image is also available from The Washington Post web site at http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/world/binladen/front.html. We can observe from this particular photo of Bin Laden - there is NO RING! on either hand.

Why is this so critically important?

Because the man in this tape

that Bush alleges to be Bin Laden

making all these alleged claims, admissions and statements -

IS ABSOLUTELY AND UNEQUIVOCALLY - NOT

OSAMA BIN LADEN !!

The alleged Bin Laden tape is a complete fraud and a forgery and as such will serve to provide the evidence to confirm as much against those who created it.

Another video tape claimed to have been couriered from Pakistan to Aljazeera television on or about 26 December 2001 is also from the same source as the original. The actor purporting to be bin Laden is the same person as the one in the first video tape and as evidenced in the photograph herewith is also wearing the same ring on the right hand.

This is not the conclusion arrived at by TVOTW based upon its own independent examination of the facts but is one which has been concurred* with by many sections of the West as well as the Islamic world. Here are just two examples from BBC World News of the 14 December 2001:-

General Hamid Gul - Re - Alleged Osama Bin Laden Tape - 14 December 2001

"... I think there is an Osama Bin Laden look-alike and that perhaps interview in that little bit the first of the interview was - that Osama possesses nuclear as well as chemical, biological weapons - but then later on the American intelligence themselves said that he doesn't have such weapons.

Q: Do you suspect think there might have been a propaganda purpose?

A: I think it's a sort of high tec gimmic and this is because - there is a pervasive sense of guilt in America particularly in the policy making echelon that they have really ravaged the nation - quite unneccessarily - one which was not involved in any act of terrorism either in the past or currently - and they are looking for an excuse - and if Osama was to take credit for it - he could have taken the credit right in the beginning. ..."

[And - this quote from the Osama interview with Pakistan newspaper Ummat on 28 Sep 2001 - "... I have already said that I am not involved in the 11 September attacks in the United States. ... As a Muslim, I try my best to avoid telling a lie. I had no knowledge of these attacks, nor do I consider the killing of innocent women, children and other humans as an appreciable act. Islam strictly forbids causing harm to innocent women, children and other people. Such a practice is forbidden even in the course of a battle. ..."

And - as reported in this CNN television video excerpt - Osama Bin Laden asserted - "I have nothing to do with it."]

Abdul Bari Atwan, Al Quds al-Arabi editor-in-chief - Re - Alleged Osama Bin Laden Tape - 14 December 2001

And that completes this report by TVOTW. It is the truth of the matter and provides the whole world with the account of where the last 35 days since the 9th November have gone in relation to this alleged tape of Bin Laden. Those 35 days have been spent in fabricating the tape. One thing is certain - we may never know the true commencement date of the project because the 9th November was alleged to be the date the tape was made or found. Any date after 11th September 2001 is a fair and reasonable estimate.

The production or discovery of any additional hard evidence by TVOTW relating to this conspiracy together with those remedies available to the American people are to be canvassed extensively by TVOTW in the coming days and weeks. The people of the world do not need to be reminded that the manufacture of false evidence relating to a police matter - which the incidents of 11 September 2001 certainly constitute - is a major crime in itself.

Why go to so much trouble to fabricate these tapes? Because Bush and the Executive WANT TO TRY AND USE THEM AS ALL THE EVIDENCE NEEDED OR NECESSARY TO SHOW THE GUILT of bin Laden for the attacks in the hope of NOT HAVING TO RELEASE the main body of evidence THAT WILL DEMONSTRATE THE EXTENT OF PRIOR NOTICE AND KNOWLEDGE Bush and the Executive had received of the events of 911.

IMPLICATIONS THAN IS IMMEDIATELY OBVIOUS.

WHEN THEY GO TO SO MUCH TROUBLE TO PIN RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE 911 ATTACKS ON SOMEONE THEY KNEW - DID NOT DO IT - LOGIC DICTATES THAT BUSH AND THE ADMINISTRATION KNOW FULL WELL WHO REALLY WAS RESPONSIBLE.
