I am compelled
to write to you with regard to the current political and military situation
in the United States and other parts of the world. This communiqué
also has particular relevance to the incidents of 11 September 2001.
In the normal course
of events with all things being equal the incidents of 11 September
2001 would have provided the person holding the office of President
of The United States with the opportunity of a level of greatness unequalled
and unparalleled in the history of the world in terms of your response
and your handling of the matter at all times thereafter.
The duty and primary
responsibility that this office demands is that first and foremost you
are responsible for the welfare and safety of not only every citizen
of the United States but also those people you or the United States
may directly or indirectly come into contact with anywhere in the world.
You also have a fiduciary
duty to the people of the United States as a trustee of any and all
matters of State, any and all assets as to the public infrastructure
and including but not limited to the resources of government, the armed
forces as well as real and personal property of the people and the amenity,
environment and ecology of the United States and its territories.
It is my duty to advise
you that based upon evidence in the possession of TVOTW and ICOPO you
have not only failed miserably in what you owe to yourself on this matter
as holder of the office of President but that you are guilty of a failure
in all of the responsibilities and duties required of you to each and
every American to the extent and to the degree that you have now forfeited
the right to hold this position for one day longer.
Hundreds of millions
of Americans love and treasure everything that we hold dear and including
every one of the values and principles that we and the generations before
us have built the United States upon and taught our children and families
to trust and believe in.
Our success in the preceding
has been attributed to the faith and reliance that the people of the
United States have placed in Almighty God through His only begotten
Son, Jesus Christ. This ability to succeed in the face of any and all
adversity stands upon two fundamental factors. Love and Truth.
The example that has
been displayed by yourself and a number of your predecessors together
with your foreign policy and conduct outside the borders of the United
States is such that you have undermined the reputation and goodwill
of the United States to such an extent that as a country we are hated
and despised by the majority of the world. This enmity has not and can
not be attributed to or blamed upon the average American.
The message to you from
each and every American is this. We have arrived at the point where
it is required of us that we take back our country from the demonic
forces that have hi-jacked our political and legal direction and that
of our destinies at the cost of the affection, goodwill and reputation
that we enjoy with peoples all around the world.
Please do not be under
any misunderstanding - this does not in any way represent, advocate
or invoke any form of revolt, revolution or civil or social disobedience
in any form whatsoever. These matters will be dealt with peacefully,
legally and openly at all times.
Whether you like it or
not - Juliana Clifford McCourt, her mother, the Afghan children depicted
in other areas of this web site together with the countless other thousands
both in the United States and in other countries who have died will
have their day in court.
As surely as we can know
that the sun will rise tomorrow morning and by the grace of God - we
will not rest until the justice due to each and every one of those people
rings out from every nook and cranny in every part of the world that
men and women of true courage, dignity and caring reside.
The days of colonialism
and imperialism of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries is over. Get
out of other countries business. Get out of other countries democratic
affairs.
You are hereby requested
and advised to mitigate further loss and damage by the immediate announcement
of the cessation for all time of any offensive military action against
the country and people of Afghanistan together with and including any
and all other action including sanctions against the Republic of Iraq.
Your responsibilities
start and stop with the first seven words in the most important document
in the entire US repertoire:-
"We
the people of the United States..."
It is indeed the greatest
tragedy and travesty of justice and democracy in the history of the
world - that these words are oblivious and are of no consequence to
the one whose first and foremost duty it is - more than anything else
- to know and to show by example - what those seven words mean and represent.
